Arcos de la Frontera is one of the most spectacular villages in Andalusia, if not in the whole of Spain. Perched high up on the lofty rock face overlooking the River Guadalete. Arcos is the capital of, and the gateway to, the White Villages and has been declared of Artistic and Historical interest, a prime ex a.m.ple of Andalusian architecture. Dating from Moorish times, you find yourself in a maze of narrow whitewashed streets where you can easily lose yourself and discover the many wonderful, hidden corners of this remarkable town.

Grazalema. Road A-372 or A-382. Grazalema Natural Park, Pinsapar, Zahara de la Sierra, Setenil de las Bodegas and Ronda.
