Venenciadores

Venenciar is the art of serving Sherry using a venencia. A very special way to serve wine, from the cask to the glass. This is a skill of longstanding tradition in Jerez and one that has been kept alive. In fact it is not difficult to find veneciadores dressed in their traditional costume inviting visitors to taste sherry, using the venencia as the instrument to serve them their sherry.
