Cayetano del Pino Winery

Founded in 1886 by Don Cayetano del Pino y Vázquez, the winery gained international renown as a supplier to Alfonso XIII and for the awards it won at exhibitions from the late 19th century onwards. Its defining hallmark is its wines of exceptionally long ageing: the Amontillado and Palo Cortado mature in American oak soleras with averages exceeding 20 and 30 years respectively in their VOS and VORS categories. The range also includes Fino and Cream, all produced from Palomino grapes from the Marco de Jerez.
Located in a mid-19th-century building in the San Miguel neighbourhood, it combines tradition and innovation, serving as a wine tourism destination where the winery and museum preserve more than 135 years of history.
