At Bodegas Espinosa de los Monteros they are entirely dedicated to the ageing of VORS wines, protected under the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry designation of origin and aged brandies, the fruits of total passion. In a unique combination, these wines are aged accompanied by a collection of more than 300 string instruments between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
