León Domecq Winery located in the heart of the historic centre, represents the continuity of a family tradition devoted to wine since the 18th century. Its cathedral-style winery architecture, with high naves and semicircular arches, evokes the spirit of the great wine houses of Jerez. For generations, the winery has operated as an almacenista, ageing and storing wines from the renowned vineyard “La Compañía”, located in the Macharnudo pago. Today, it offers a journey through the different styles of Sherry wine, from the driest to the sweetest. Visitors can discover here the ageing and maturation process of Sherry wines, and uncover the secrets of a craft passed down from generation to generation.
