Bodegas Tradición
The time their wine spends in the cask and art, the exclusive combination proposed by Bodegas Tradición.
Bodegas Tradición is exclusively dedicated to the oldest sherries to be accredited by the Regulating Council. Its wines are catalogued as V.O.S. – Very Old Sherry aged for over 20 years, or V.O.R.S. - Very Old Rare Sherry aged for over 30 years.
The winery dates from the 19th century and is located in the historic centre of Jerez, in the area that in its day formed the walled city and just a short distance from the Archaeological Museum.
A visit to the winery also offers the chance to discover an important collection of Spanish painting belonging to the founder of the winery, Joaquín Rivero, with works by Grand Masters of Spanish painting from the 14th to the 19th centuries, such as: Goya, Velázquez, Zurbarán and Picasso… amongst others.
