The Rancho Cortesano Bee and Honey Museum offers a truly ecological experience in their restaurant, serving healthy meals made from produce grown in their own vegetable gardens surrounding the Ranch. The menu includes special “trompe l'oeil” vegetarian recipes that, without actually eating meat, give diners the same sensations.

The restaurant serves traditional Andalusian dishes made with fresh local produce. Original dishes full of flavour to eat in the wonderful setting of the Jerez countryside, whilst at the same time learning both about beekeeping or about tasty food. Honey is one of the main ingredients of their desserts to end an unforgettable day in the country.
