Iglesia de San Juan de Letrán
The chapel of San Juan de Letrán is a renaissance chapel.
Its historical importance lies in the fact that it is one of the few examples still standing of a “religious complex” built after the re-conquest of the city to the left of what is now the Alameda Cristina.
In the early hours of Good Friday, during the Holy Week processions, it provides shelter for the Brotherhood of Jesús Nazareno and is therefore also known as the Jesús Nazareno Chapel.
