Tsuro is the passage between Jerez and Japan, inspired by traditional sushi and omakase bars with a nikkei twist. Eight exclusive seats at a bar, the only separation between chef and diner, thus ensuring the best communication and adaptation to the customer. The chef designs and prepares a menu every day, dishes that are chosen by and for the diners, according to the daily fresh produce.
