Venenciar is the art of serving Sherry using a venencia. A very special way to serve wine, from the cask to the glass. This is a skill of longstanding tradition in Jerez and one that has been kept alive. The veneciador, in their traditional costume, invites the public to taste sherry using a venencia to serve them their sherry.
