Dios Baco Winery
The winery complex where Dios Baco is located has its origins in a group of twelve naves, of which only three survive today: Dios Baco, La Cruz, and Pío XII.
The winery's origins date back to the early 20th century, when Juan Palomino and Juan Vergara founded the company Palomino & Vergara. After becoming part of a multinational group, it was acquired in 1992 by José Páez Morilla, who launched a new chapter under the name Dios Baco.
The visit takes guests through its historic winery buildings, offering first-hand insight into the traditional criaderas and solera ageing system using American oak casks, as well as the production and ageing processes of Sherry wines. During the tour, visitors are introduced to the different types—from Fino to Pedro Ximénez—including VOS and VORS classifications.
