The origins of Bodegas Dios Baco date back to 1765. At the beginning of the 20th century the mythical firm Palomino & Vergara was founded.
In 1992 the complex was acquired by José Páez Morilla, its current owner and founder of Bodegas Dios Baco S.L., whose intention was to enter the sherry market with products of unbeatable quality and limited production, returning to the origins of its founders.
