This family owned winery located in the historic centre of Jerez contains a veritable sacristy of very old soleras from the whole range of sherries, aged according to the traditions and best practice of the wine-makers of the Region for the production and ageing of wine.

Every year they edit a limited series of numbered bottles previously certified as V.O.R.S. (aged for over 30 years).
