Bodega Viña La Constancia is located in the heart of the best vineyard zone, classified as Jerez Superior. The first winery was founded and the vineyard planted in 1969, growing Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximénez white grape varieties..

Craft wines have been produced in this family run winery since the warehouses for biological and oxidative ageing were built in 1975. It has over 800 casks and a produces wide range of sherries: Fino, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Oloroso, Cream and the sweet wines Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. Not forgetting its excellent aged vinegars.
