Founded in 1877 by the British entrepreneurs Sir Alexander Williams and Arthur Humbert, Williams & Humbert was established with a clear international vision, bringing the wines and brandies of Jerez to markets around the world. The winery played a key role in the creation of the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Designation of Origin and has belonged to the Medina family since the 1990s, who have strengthened its innovative spirit while maintaining a deep respect for tradition. This balance defines a philosophy built on quality and authenticity.
Its impressive facilities, covering more than 50,000 m² and housing 60,000 American oak casks, make it one of the largest wineries in Europe. The unique building was also honoured with Spain's National Architecture Award.
