Gastronomy, cocktails, tradition, art and sherry wines in an emblematic building in the centre of Jerez de la Frontera.
This historic building was commissioned by the winery firm Pedro Domecq to the architect Aníbal González in 1927 to preside over and beautify the intersection of Larga and Santa María streets. The Jerez artist José Luis Torres Fernández was the designer and painter of the Rooster that presides over the interior of the building and gave its name to such an emblematic construction.
Over time it has become a meeting point for Jerez residents and visitors.
