Commissioned by the Panés family in the 17^th century. An example of the Jerez style of civil architecture, it has an outstanding side façade and a balcony to the right, richly adorned and made from sandstone

Located in one of flamenco quarters of the city, Barrio San Miguel, it is currently the municipal centre for the management of flamenco in Jerez.
