The Palace of the Duke of Abrantes, known in Jerez by its former name Recreo de las Cadenas and home to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, is one of the most majestic residences of the 19th century. It was designed by the French architect Samuel Revel on a plot of land known as the Huerta de las Almencillas. Surrounded by expansive gardens with exotic species, the palace houses the Museum of Equestrian Art, which offers a journey through the history of the Andalusian horse and its relationship with local culture. Visitors can also enjoy the show Cómo Bailan los Caballos Andaluces, a unique experience that combines elegance, music, and tradition, reflecting the spirit of Jerez.
