Venenciador y Cortador M. Villar

A very special way to serve wine, from the cask to the glass. This is a skill of longstanding tradition in Jerez and one that has been kept alive, it is the art of serving Sherry using a venencia. The ability to cut Iberian cured ham into thin slices, the best way to eat it, is also an art.
