On September 27th we celebrate World Tourism Day with a focus on the need to continue promoting investments aimed at the development of sustainable tourism and thereby safeguard the interests and future of both people and the planet, under the slogan 'Tourism and Green Investments.'

The City Council of Jerez, in collaboration with the network of local businesses that combine to make up the tourism industry of the destination, joins this celebration promoted by the UNWTO with a series of proposals that aim to draw attention to, and increase awareness of, the economic, social, and cultural value of tourism.

We invite you to participate in some of these activities and, in doing so, reflect upon the need for all of us, as a society as a whole, to become involved in the growth of an industry that currently stands at the forefront of our country's economic progress.
