The Palacio Permartín is also known as the Palacio de los Marqueses de Mesas de Asta and is found in the plaza de San Juan.

The palace was built in the 15^th century and later refurbished in the 18^th and 19^th, it has two floors. Worthy of mention are its valuable mudéjar ornamentation, its decoration with vegetable motifs and stained glass windows. A beautiful interior courtyard  dominates the distribution and organization of the whole building

It is the current central office of the Andalusian Flamenco Centre.
