The Route of the Tabancos has entered with force into the touristic offer of the city converting it, and any of the establishments that belong to it, into a mandatory stop for visitors. The Jerez tabanco sherry taverns are places of charm and magic that remind us what the old sherry shops of the town used to be like. Nowadays it is still possible to taste sherries accompanied by local cuisine and on certain occasions by a flamenco performance or some other cultural activity.
